Our spices are sourced through Destiny’s local Indian grocer, who carefully selects the highest-quality ingredients directly from their country of origin. Cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, and star anise are gently toasted to awaken their natural aroma, then hand-crushed using a mortar and pestle. Homegrown, handpicked native Australian pepper berries and whole nutmeg are freshly ground before warming ginger and fennel seeds are blended through the mix.

This batch of chai is sweetened with Goomboorian Gold Honey — 100% pure, organic, and raw — harvested from pristine, remote Australian bushland. Beyond its rich flavour, this honey is sourced with purpose, supporting efforts to help end child slavery worldwide.
