Refund Policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your Chai to request your money back.

To be eligible for a refund, your Chai has either been damaged upon delivery or you are unsatisfied with your product. 

To request a refund, you can contact us at destinyschai@hotmail.com. You’ll need the email confirmation as proof of purchase and a reason why you would like a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Destiny's Chai is made fresh at the beginning of the week. All orders placed throughout the week will be made on a Monday and shipped to customers the following day on a Tuesday. Arrival time of purchase is subject to courier. If there is a delay with making and sending your oder, you will be personally contacted by Destiny.

 

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
