Our story

Hello, my name is Destiny and I am so glad you are here to share in my love of Chai! I have been experimenting, creating and perfecting my blend of spices, tea and honey to make a Chai that offers a full-bodied flavour; blissfully sweet and spicy! I am passionate about being purposeful in what I do. Destiny's Chai supports Australian companies to purchase supplies, sourcing sustainable packaging and partnering with businesses that seek to make a genuine change in the world around us.

We use Australian Native Pepper Berries as our unique ingredient! The berries have a strong peppery taste and infuse a rich purple colour. Due to the high demand and cost it is incredibly difficult to source them. We have decided to grow and produce our own to sell and use for Destiny's Chai. We are currently in the beginning steps of this process and would love you to follow us on social media to join the journey!

Goomboorian honey is from a beautiful property located in Queensland, Australia. It is used to give Destiny's Chai that sticky sweetness and unique flavour in each batch of Chai. Depending on where the bee hives are located the taste changes! Not only are they producing the finest organic raw honey, their proceeds go to Destiny Rescue, an organisation that is helping end child sex slavery worldwide. Deep down everyone desires to be a part of something greater. Choosing where to put our money is a small act that can have a significant impact!

Our spices and tea are derived from their country of origin whilst supporting Australian companies that sell and source them to small businesses like ours. We buy our spices whole and hand grind them to maintain high-quality aromatics. Our black tea from India is malty, thick and strong in flavour. It uses the CTC (crush, tear and curl) method and is sustainably sourced and packaged by an award winning family business that sells specialty loose leaf teas.
